All orders will be processed within 48 hours. All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. You will receive an order confirmation and tracking number (for UPS packages only) once your order has been shipped.

Shipping time within the Continental US
Shipping time = order processing time + shipping option you have chosen on your order.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for standard delivery of most items within the continental US. Domestic. UPS usually takes 3-7 working business days for delivery. USPS (free shipping) order can take up to 7-14 working business days. We can usually ship your order from our warehouse within 1-3 working days of receipt of the order. Custom or personalized orders can vary and more specific delivery times can be found on those product pages.
If timing is critical, please specify Next Day, 2nd day or 3 day Select delivery. Expedited shipping does not normally apply to custom or personalized merchandise.
All products offered at Bayou Classic Direct.com are described for the purpose for which they are offered. If there is a problem with your order, please call us within 3 days of receipt of shipment. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days.
You are responsible for inspecting your products after you have received them. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
We will only accept returns based on the following:
The item is unopened or in otherwise new condition (including any instructions). We cannot accept returns on items that have been used for hygiene reasons. For electronic item defects, please contact us immediately.
If you need to return an item, contact us by telephone first (1-888-398-2068) and obtain a Return Authorization Number. We will need your name, order number, your purchase information and how to contact you. Failure to do so will result in a delay in processing your return.
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice or receipt as proof of purchase. Unless other merchandise of equal or greater value is ordered upon receipt of your returned merchandise, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit refund. You are responsible for all return shipping fees. (Please allow 7-21 days for credit issue)
Free shipping items that are returned are automatically subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
Ship back any returns with plenty of packaging material to prevent damage during shipping. You may want to make sure that the package is insured as we will not be responsible for any packages that are damaged in transit. Please make sure to write your RMA number on the outside of the box you use to ship. Once your item arrives it will be reviewed by our returns department promptly.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or the wrong item was shipped, please save the carton and all the packing material as well as the item. Notify us immediately (within 3 days) at 1-888-398-2068 so we can help you with the proper handling of the merchandise. This will ensure the quickest replacement.
In rare instances, there may be a problem with delivery. Most of the time, this is because the package was delivered to a side entrance instead of the main entrance and the customer is unable to locate the package. If you believe the package was not delivered to your address or have any other similar problems, please contact us within 5 days of when the package was supposed to arrive. Any longer delays may seriously hinder our investigation.
Please don't refuse your shipment. Doing so will only result in a delay in the resolution of the problem. An order placed and shipped from our warehouse at your request is considered your responsibility as soon as it leaves our warehouse. Should you decide that you wish to refuse delivery of an item legitimately ordered from us; a credit will be issued for the item(s), minus shipping charges both directions and minus a 20% fee. To avoid extra fees, accept the order, leave the box sealed and call us immediately.
